Xanax is a powerful benzodiazepine that is often prescribed to treat generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorders and insomnia and is extremely addictive in the long run. In fact, it is so addictive that stopping its usage may lead to serious or even fatal health complications. Addiction to Xanax can often causing mood swings or panic attacks.
Initial withdrawal from the drug through detox is a time-taking process but post completion the addict feels much better and is ready to progress to continuing addiction treatment. Post-Detox treatment includes Individual and Group Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, 12 Step Program as per WHO, Development of Life Skills, Vocational, Educational Programs, Yoga, Meditation, Audio-Video Inputs and Family Support Programs.
